- During high-demand drops or exclusive releases, processing times may take slightly longer — we’ll keep you updated by email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Estimated delivery times:
- Netherlands & EU: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–15 business days
- Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, local delays, or peak seasons.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
International Shipping
- We ship worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees charged by their country.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Pre-Orders & Exclusive Drops
- Some items are released as pre-orders or exclusive drops. Shipping times for these products may differ and will be clearly stated on the product page.
Lost or Delayed Packages
- If your package is delayed, please check your tracking link first.
